Online Public Information Center Meeting Notice
Final Design Phase for
Monmouth County Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge S-32
Rumson Road (CR520) over the Shrewsbury River
Borough of Rumson and Borough of Sea Bright, New Jersey
Monmouth County, in cooperation with the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration, will be hosting an online Public Information Center meeting to inform local residents, officials, businesses and the general public regarding the Final Design of Monmouth County Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge S-32 on Rumson Road (CR520) over the Shrewsbury River located between the Borough of Rumson and Borough of Sea Bright.
The purpose of the Public Information Center meeting is to inform the public of the final design plans including proposed construction schedule and traffic staging for the bridge replacement and approach roadway intersection improvements in Rumson and Sea Bright. This meeting is being conducted in conformance with Federal and State regulations. The public is invited and encouraged to comment on the project.
Meeting materials and video presentations will be available from Tuesday, June 9, 2020 to Friday, July 10, 2020 on the project website, www.rumsonseabrightbridge.com, and can be accessed by clicking the “Attend Public Meeting” link on the website home page.
As with an in-person Public Information Center meeting, attendees will:
- be asked to sign in and provide contact information,
- be able to watch a brief presentation by the project team, view display boards, and
- be able to provide written comments through the website or by completing a hard copy comment form.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak to project team members by requesting email or telephone contact.
For members of the public without internet access, a copy of the meeting materials can be mailed and will include a telephone number to hear the recording of the presentation. Written comments will be accepted through Friday, July 10, 2020. Comments may be submitted through the project website, www.rumsonseabrightbridge.com, or mailed, faxed or emailed to:
