• Due to the COVID19 Public Health Emergency and the subsequent delay in the NJ State Budget, 3rd Quarter Estimated Tax Bills have been mailed. They are DUE on August 1, 2020. There is a 10 day grace period to pay this installment without interest. Payment must be received by the close of business on August 10th to avoid interest. US Mail postmark dates are not an indication of receipt by the Tax Office.
• If enrolled in our Direct Debit Program, payment will be deducted from your account on August 5, 2020.
• Due to COVID19, Borough Hall remains closed to the Public at this time.
• Payments may be placed in the overnight drop box found in the main entrance of Borough Hall.
• Until further notice, the Borough of Rumson will NOT be accepting CASH PAYMENTS.
• If payments are received late, interest is calculated from August 1, 2020.
• Postdated checks are not accepted and will be returned to you, which may result in a delinquency on your account.
